Customs charges
Please be aware, as we are IOSS registered, there will be no additional customs charges for international orders.
Returns
We understand that sometimes you’ll want to return items to us. With our no quibbles returns policy, if you are not 100% happy with any item, you have up to 30 days to return it to us.
We will refund items which:
- Are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent to you.
